She will teach you how to prepare and cook three dishes as well as different variations for each. You will be eating and experiencing the vegan meal while Alice will go through the preparations and cooking of every dish so you can go home and replicate everything she is creating. She will also go over the vitamin and mineral content in each dish. 

Alice will also discuss the connection of eating living foods with yoga philosphy and sutras to show you the ancient benefits of eating plants.

Qi is balanced and with each ceremony, we are born anew. With each bowl of tea we are guided into a meditative softening, an opening into our inner realms. Connect to the 4 Elements: Earth, Air, Fire, and Water and sink deep into an understanding your inner self through these elements of Nature. This meditation will be infused with plant-based essential oils to support our connection to the abundant healing resources Mother Earth provides. Meditation will be led by Chloe Ravel and will also include crystal signing bowls and chimes.

Yoga for the Adolescent Warrior - Thursdays at 5pm

This gentle Vinyasa class is designed specifically for adolescent young girls, providing them with the tools for stress and anxiety management and the cultivation of a self-love and acceptance practice. This class includes our signature OMS add on including essential oils, meditation, and sound healing. 
This is a powerful class based on self healing through use of meditation, asana, and chakra empowerment through use of affirmations. (Recommend age range 12-16)

Mindfulness Dialectical Behavior Therapy is a therapeutic treatment practice that targets emotion dysregulation. Individuals can often become emotionally dysregulated by various events, not because of the actual events themselves, but by the judgments and self talk they have have about these events. 

A mindful approach to this dilemma would be to approach the unpleasant task in the spirit of self love and acceptance. By learning to mindfully regulate negative self talk we can learn to live from a place of self love and compassion which ultimately leads to increased productivity and a state of inner peace.
