Practice being present with yourself in this deeply healing practice. Through longer holds in deep stretches, we learn to let go and release not only physical tension, but also patterns and beliefs that no longer serve us. Focusing on the breath allows us to find stillness and peace through any discomfort, making yin yoga a practice that serves us well even off the mat.
