Being a child can be hard. Sit still, pay attention, follow instructions, and on top of that learn and get good grades. Yikes!! With all these expectations on a young being, how do we ensure our children are learning to successfully cope with such challenges and develop these skills early to promote success as they get older and the demands get harder.

Led by a yoga instructor/ occupational therapist with pediatric experience and a love for kids, this is a fun and interactive yoga class inspired by occupational therapy, tailored to kids promoting body awareness, impulse control, emotional regulation, social/ emotional skills and gross/ fine motor skills.
