Starting with the art of prayanama (Ancient Indian) techniques to balance the left and the right hemispheres of the brain and unlocking the blissful nature contained within each one of us.
Gently transitioning into vinyasa flow for the body crafted to bring the whole body in alignment allowing nervous system, endocrine system to return to ideal state of peak performance.
Once the body is more open introducing kundalini moments to further facilitate the energy flow in the body to transition into the next hour of meditation.
Ending the practice with 15 minutes guided yoga Nidra designed to bring the student into deeper levels of relaxation boosting their immune system and creating a perfect transition into enjoyable weekend.
