Yoga Therapy for Anxiety & Depression: A 4-Part Series

Do you ever feel like you’ve got zero left to give, yet you carry on because there are important things to do and you’re the only one who can do them? Do you feel like self-care is just one more thing to add to an already full schedule?

Well, here's the GOOD NEWS! You don’t need to add one more thing, you just need to create intentional space to BE between all of your doing.

In this 4-week series, you will learn to listen deeply to your body and your highest self. You will learn to create new, life-changing habits by making simple changes.

This program meets for 4 consecutive weeks in August and has the potential to:

-Increase resiliency to stress and change

-Address trauma-related symptoms (50% of PTSD sufferers also suffer chronic pain)

-Reduce the experience of pain

-Stop stress headaches, digestive issues, and other body stress responses

-Reduce anxiety and improve sleep

-Retrain the mind to focus on what matters most to you, not what worries you most

The practice of experiencing mindful body awareness is demonstrated to accelerate change due to the creation of new neural pathways and the ability to tap into the fight or flight response of the animal brain. The weekly format creates a foundation for permanent lifestyle change through the formation of new habits.

Pricing (includes all 4 week sessions):

$199 Early Registration ends August 5th

$225 Regular Registration August 6th-9th

Class dates:

Saturday August 10th, 17th, 24th, 31st at Zen Mind Space
