With gentle guidance, support & space to go deep within, we can shine light on what our purpose is and how to align our daily life more closely to this.
During this 2.5 hour session, we will go through a step-by-step process that is rooted in yogic principles to:
- Uncover your unique gifts & talents
- Connect to what creates bliss & joy within you
- Be clear on how you want to feel every day
- Identify what your true values are
- Set boundaries around distractions
You will walk away with heart-centered goals with actionable steps to help get you closer to the person you want to be & the life you want to live.
We will finish the session with a meditation, specifically designed to help clear the obstacles in our body, mind & energetic system so that we can listen closely to our heart's message and live our life on purpose.
