Qi Gong is an ancient practice deeply rooted in Chinese history and tradition. It is the spiritual practice out of which Tai Chi and all martial arts evolved. The name Qi Gong (pronounced “chee gong”) translates roughly as “energy cultivation”. The practice acknowledges that we exist in a sea of charged particles and it invites us to very deliberately gather that abundance and direct it internally.
