Alice, a 15 year vegan and yoga teacher, will be creating a 3 course vegan meal surrounding fall ingredients and live plants . She will walk you through a delicious appetizer, entree, and dessert so both your body and mind will leave feeling nourished yet full. She will teach you how to prepare and cook three dishes as well as different variations for each. You will be eating and experiencing the vegan meal while Alice will go through the preparations and cooking of every dish so you can go home and replicate everything she is creating. She will also go over the vitamin and mineral content in each dish.
Alice will also discuss the connection of eating living foods with yoga philosphy and sutras to show you the ancient benefits of eating plants.
