This first class will discuss: Our capacity to receive, appraise and respond to signals and sensations in the body is KEY to emotional well-being. When we are able to become more comfortable with the ever-changing inner landscape, it starts to feel more like “home.” Neuroscience shows that this visceral intelligence translates to emotional resilience in the brain.
