This class is lead by Certified Kids Yoga Instructor, Lauren Donaldson and Certified Mindfulness Instructor for Children, Sarah Greene. They have been working together for over 10 years and have developed the perfect structure for making each class fun, interactive, and educational.

                                                       

Your child will learn new meditative skills aka “super powers” that will empower them to live a more autonomous and mindful life by learning how to connect with their breath and self soothe.
